Upon receipt of payment, you agree to all terms of services. This page outlines the terms and conditions for car detailing services provided by Luxe Detail Spa. It includes policies on appointments, payment, cancellations, and liability. Clients are required to prepay using Apple Pay, Cash App, or Zelle to confirm their booking. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. By scheduling an appointment, clients agree to comply with the terms detailed in this agreement. This contract ensures a smooth and efficient service experience for all parties involved.
Agreement
By scheduling an appointment and paying for services, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth in this service agreement. Luxe Detail Spa retains the right to modify these terms as necessary, and any changes will be communicated to clients in a timely manner. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to stay informed. Continued use of our services after any amendments signifies your acceptance of the updated terms
Appointments
Appointments for detailing services at Luxe Detail Spa are available exclusively through reservation to ensure optimal service and attention to each client’s needs. While we may accommodate walk-ins depending on availability, we highly encourage clients to schedule their appointments in advance to guarantee their preferred time slot. This approach allows us to provide the highest quality of service and ensures that each vehicle receives the care it deserves.
Payments
To secure your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking, and must be made within 24 hours. We accept Apple Pay, Cash App, and Zelle to facilitate a smooth transaction process. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the payment is processed and acknowledged. If payment is not received within the 24-hour window, your booking will be automatically canceled, and the time slot will become available for other customers.
Service Modifications
Any modifications to the selected services must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time to ensure that we can make the necessary adjustments. While we will do our best to accommodate any changes you request, please be aware that additional fees may apply depending on the nature and extent of the modifications.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information, including payment details, will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality and security. We implement stringent measures to ensure that all data is stored safely and accessed only by authorized personnel. Rest assured, we do not share client information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Your trust is paramount to us, and we are committed to protecting your privacy at all times.
Refund Policy
Payments made for our services are non-refundable, except in instances where we are unable to fulfill our obligations due to a fault on our part. In these rare circumstances, clients will have the option to receive a full refund or to reschedule their service at no additional cost. We strive to maintain high standards of service, and we appreciate your understanding of this policy. Should any issues arise, we are committed to working with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
No-Show Policy
In the event that a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, they will incur a charge amounting to 100% of the total service fee. This policy is implemented to ensure fairness to both the service provider and other clients who may wish to book the time slot. Furthermore, clients who demonstrate a pattern of repeated no-shows may face restrictions on their ability to make future bookings, as we prioritize commitment and reliability in our scheduling practices.
Late Arrivals
Clients must arrive on time for their appointments to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged 100% of your service fee, and the appointment must be rescheduled to accommodate other clients. We kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late so we can make the necessary adjustments.
Liability
While we take utmost care in servicing your vehicle, Luxe Detail Spa is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or issues that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances during the service. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle prior to service, as we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to items left inside. We strongly recommend conducting a thorough inspection of your vehicle before and after servicing to document any existing conditions. By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms regarding liability.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge of 100% of the service fee. This policy is designed to allow us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate other clients.
